Broadening Participation in STEM

In this talk, I highlight the work The Young People's Project is doing to engage thousands of young people in Computer Science and Mathematics — and why broadening participation in STEM isn't just a pipeline problem. It's a question of whose knowledge counts, and who gets to teach.
